4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳26,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 15x (deposit + bonus).
• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• The account must be fully verified to receive the bonus.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings earned from bonus funds are also not withdrawable until the specified wagering requirement is met.
• easy24 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus without notice.
• If an attempt is made to earn a bonus fraudulently, the account will be closed and all earnings will be voided.
• If a bonus offer is limited to a specific time period and the requirement is not met within that period, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP and Loyalty Program

The easy24 VIP program has three tiers. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change. easy24 reserves the right to modify the VIP structure at any time.

5.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on the easy24 platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which is completely impartial and unpredictable.

• Every bet is final — once confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, it may be resumed after the issue is resolved, or the bet may be considered void.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the software or system is strictly prohibited.
• The use of any automated betting software or bots is prohibited.

5.2 Bet Limits

• Providing fraudulent information or operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other cyber attack.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the system.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor.

6.2 Limitation of Liability
